Points are earned with every purchase, with $1 = 1 point. Points are based on your order subtotal, excluding discounts. You're welcome to shop both online and in store to earn points.
If you've completed your account with your birth date, you'll also receive points as a gift on your birthday. Your birth date must be added to your account at least 30 days prior to the date for these points to be added to your account.
When you have accrued 1000 points you will be able to redeem your $25 reward on checkout!
Yes, your cart must be valued at $50 or more to be able to redeem your loyalty reward.
To wish you a very happy BB birthday we will add 500 points to your account. NB: your date of birth must have been added to your account at least 30 days before to receive your birthday points. Birthday points can only be awarded once within a 365-day period.
Yes, points expire after 12 months from the time you earn them. You must accrue the minimum amount of points required to achieve rewards within this timeframe.
Your reward will expire after 3 months. We will send you a notification email about your rewards 3 days before it expires, so you don’t miss out on your chance to get rewarded.
No, points are not able to be manually added to your account. You must make sure you are logged in to your BB account before checking out in order to accrue loyalty points.
No, unfortunately loyalty points are accrued on the account used on checkout. If you have multiple accounts on our store, we suggest using only one moving forward to redeem rewards faster.
Any purchase made using loyalty points (full or partial payment) is eligible for return in line with our standard returns policy. Return postage is at the customers expense. Free return postage does not apply on orders where loyalty points have been used. Once your return has been accepted any points used will be returned to your account.
If you've returned an item for refund, the points you earned for purchasing the item are cancelled. You do not retain points for returned purchases.
